Rescue, Rehabilitate,and Educate
Since 2012, Northwest Boxer Rescue has been on a mission to rescue, heal, and rehome boxers across the Pacific Northwest. With the help of devoted volunteers, fosters, and veterinarians, we’ve given more than 3,200 boxers the love, safety, and forever homes they deserve.
Dog Rescue is 24/7
The phone buzzes at midnight. A shelter tag comes in on a Sunday. A transport runs through the rain. It’s never convenient—but always worth it. Because second chances don’t follow a schedule.

Our Mission
To rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome boxers in need—no matter their age, health, or history.
Every boxer in our care receives:
-
Full veterinary evaluation and medical treatment
-
Vaccinations and spay/neuter
-
Temporary foster care filled with structure, love, and patience
-
A carefully matched forever home
We never discriminate, never give up, and always lead with compassion.
How We Help
We believe in collaboration, community, and care that goes beyond adoption.
Here’s how we do it:
-
Rescue & Rehabilitation: Partnering with shelters and owners to help Boxers in need.
-
Foster Network: Temporary homes that help dogs heal, learn, and trust again.
-
Adoption Program: Personalized matches to ensure every Boxer and family thrive together.
-
Community Outreach: Educating and inspiring others to choose adoption and advocate for the breed.

Together, our board provides the guidance, strategy, and heart that keeps Northwest Boxer Rescue moving forward—one wiggle at a time.

Boxers get daily exposure to a small city-like environment-practicing leash skills, learning basic house manners, and building confidence with day-to-day life skills. All of this helps set them up for success in their future forever homes.

This partnership is about more than just training-it's about second chances, teamwork, and finding purpose (and belly rubs) along the way.

Here's to helping dogs and humans grow, one paw at a time!
